MR. IBE EMMANUEL is the Chairman of the company. He is the brain behind  the success of HARMONY STEEL AND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, and oversees the general administration of the Company. He is a graduate of  Business Administration of  University of Lagos and  entered into active business in 1983 after his graduation  from the  University. He is also Chairman of various other Companies.  A philanthropist, married with children.
